Councils & Committees

Resident's Council
The Residents’ Council is elected annually by their peers to represent the residents of Thompson House. The Council holds regular monthly meetings in an accessible location and assistance is provided to all residents who would like to attend. Feedback from residents and members of the council is communicated to the appropriate departments who work to resolve problems and respond to questions in a timely manner.

Family Advisory Committee
The Family Advisory Committee is a forum for friends and family of our residents to have input into the programs and services provided at Thompson House. The Family Advisory Committee meets regularly with the Vice President of Resident Services and provides a forum for all members to advocate for, and support, the wishes of residents.
