Presented by DMF for Seniors Charitable Foundation In Partnership with Don Mills Residents Inc. and RBC Royal Bank
Together we have raised a net of $26,000 and we are still counting. This year’s first annual Walk’N’Roll Party brought together the community for a wonderful afternoon of ‘dancing in the streets, a walk in the park, and feasting on BBQ, cotton candy and popcorn. It was a real party atmosphere that everyone enjoyed while raising funds in support of our programs and services offered through E.P. Taylor Place and Thompson House.
This event is about connecting with our neighbours and has truly been a renewal in community building.  Our walkers came out in full-force and brought in their pledges. The youth in our community joined us including the Girl Guides and Brownies 323 Unit, Don Mills 2nd Cub Unit and teen volunteers. It takes all of us to make an event a success. Ron Taylor and Maria Tiburtini, RBC Royal Bank, Event Co-Chairs extend special thanks to all of the volunteers on our Planning Committee.
