Homemaking

Our skilled Home Support Workers assist clients with physical disabilities or illnesses to live independently in the community by providing support with activities of daily living. Each person’s care plan is designed in collaboration with the client, family, social work, and other professional staff to provide flexible, individualized care. Services are offered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and include personal care (bathing, toileting, feeding, ambulation, grooming, exercises) and household management (light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, essential shopping). Visits are scheduled for a minimum of one hour.

Palliative Care
Our skilled and compassionate Home Support Workers provide care that focuses on maintaining the quality of life, comfort and dignity of our clients who wish to spend their remaining days at home surrounded by their family. Care is designed to look after the needs of both the client and the family and is provided in accordance with the wishes of all the parties involved.

Services are offered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and include personal care (bathing, toileting, feeding, ambulation, grooming, exercises), household management (light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, essential shopping) and respite care. Visits are scheduled for a minimum of one hour.

Respite Care
We understand the emotional and physical strain experienced by a caregiver when looking after a loved one who requires constant care. Our Respite Care program allows caregivers to enjoy some personal time while knowing that their loved one is safe and in the company of a skilled and compassionate Home Support Worker.

Our Home Support Workers are trained to assist our clients with activities that would ordinarily be performed by their caregiver. Knowledgeable, competent Home Support Workers will assist the client with personal care (bathing, toileting, feeding, ambulation, grooming, exercises), meal preparation, recreational activities, socialization, and accompanying the client to medical appointments. These services are offered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and visits are scheduled for a minimum of two hours.

Home cleaning
Our dependable, bonded and insured Home Cleaners will assist with cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, dusting and tidying. An on-site visit from an E.P. Taylor Place Supervisor ensures that service is designed to meet the individual needs of our clients. Visits are scheduled for a minimum of two hours.

Home Maintenance
Our Home Maintenance program provides assistance with indoor maintenance and heavy housekeeping duties. Workers, who are scheduled for a minimum of one hour, may assist you with services such as window cleaning and moving furniture.
